A 9×12 card to 5,000 Westminster homes, or about 10,000 with Northglenn. One business per category, so your competitor can't buy the spot next to you. And you'll know exactly what it did for you.
Founding spots close Friday, December 4, or sooner if your category is claimed.

A premium shared postcard that does what other mailers can't: proves it worked.
One plumber. One dentist. One roofer. Once your category is claimed, it's yours for the edition, and you get first right to renew.
Your ad goes on a heavy 9×12 card delivered by USPS to every door on our hand-picked routes, with its own tracked QR code.
Scans, taps to call, website visits and the new customers the card brought you, in a clear report with the estimated value of those responses, based on your own customer figures.
When a neighbor scans your QR code, they land on a fast, clean page built for phones, even if your website isn't.
Most mailers leave you guessing. We send you two reports every edition.
One page on what your ad has done so far, sent before the renewal deadline so you can decide with real numbers: where the quarter is heading, and one quick win.

View a sampleThe Westminster card has 15 business spots, one business per category, plus one spot reserved for the community (a local event or city program). The first 15 categories claimed fill the card. When a category is claimed, it's gone until the holder chooses not to renew.
Want both towns? Hold your category on the Westminster and Northglenn cards, about 10,000 homes, for $848 (just Westminster is $449). See the Northglenn 80234 card.
Founding prices, per edition (3 months in homes). Reserve by Dec 4. No long-term contract, and design is included.
The standard rate is $499 per town ($50 off each additional town). Founding advertisers keep 10% off the current rate, with first right to renew their category, for as long as they renew. Founders may skip one edition and keep their founding rate (the category isn't held during the skip).
One new customer often covers the whole spot. A plumber's first job, a dentist's new family, a roofer's inspection.

Westminster 80031: Every household on 10 hand-picked USPS carrier routes in Westminster ZIP 80031: about 5,000 homes. We chose the routes with the highest share of homeowners and single-family houses (Census estimates).
Either. Both towns (Westminster 80031 and Northglenn 80234) are $848 for founders, and you hold the same category on both cards, so you're the only one in your category across about 10,000 homes. Or choose just one town, Westminster or Northglenn, for $449.
If a card doesn't reach enough members to mail, you choose: a full refund, or move your spot to the next edition. You never pay for a card that doesn't mail.
If you're the plumber on the card, no other plumber can buy a spot on it. You keep first right to renew each edition. If you choose not to renew by the deadline, the spot opens to anyone. It also covers direct competitors under a different name: we won't sell a spot to a business whose main service competes with yours (a water heater company next to our plumber, a roofing-and-gutter company next to our roofer). If it's ever unclear, you get the final say.
Your QR code is unique to you. We count scans and taps on your offer page (call, website, directions). We never collect names or phone numbers of the people who scan. Each quarter we ask you a quick 3-question check-in about the customers you won, so your report reflects what actually happened at your business.
No. Your offer page works as a mini website for card-holders, with your offer, phone number and directions.
Yes. The offer page can be updated any time without reprinting. The printed ad can change each edition.
