Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

Tiger Tail Enterprises L.L.C., doing business as Colorado 1st Preferred Business Network, Broomfield, Colorado ("Colorado 1st"). Contact: anthony@colo1st.com · (303) 578-6382.

2. Who can enter

Legal residents of Colorado who are 18 or older. Not eligible: owners and employees of Colorado 1st, owners and employees of the businesses advertising on the card, and the people living in their households. Void where prohibited.

3. Two separate drawings

One drawing for the Westminster 80031 card and one for the Northglenn 80234 card. You enter the drawing for the card whose ads you scan. If a card is not mailed, that card's drawing is canceled.

4. Entry period

Starts 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on January 11, 2027, and ends 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on Sunday, February 7, 2027. Our server clock is the official clock.

5. How to enter

• By scanning: scan the QR codes of 3 different advertisers on the same card during the entry period. After the third, complete the entry form (name, phone or email, and ZIP code).
• Free entry without scanning: email anthony@colo1st.com with the subject "Scan to Win Ben entry" and your name, phone or email, ZIP code, and which card (Westminster or Northglenn), during the entry period. A free entry has the same chance as a scanning entry.
• Limit: one entry per person per card, however you enter. Extra entries are void. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void.

6. Prizes

One prize per card: a $100 gift card or gift certificate to the business of the winner's choice among the businesses advertising on that card. Approximate retail value: $100 each, $200 total. No cash alternative; not transferable; subject to the business's own terms. If the chosen business can't issue a gift card, the winner picks another business on the card.

7. Drawing and odds

Colorado 1st picks each winner by random drawing from all eligible entries for that card on Monday, February 8, 2027. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that card.

8. Winners

We contact winners by phone or email within 3 business days of the drawing. A winner who doesn't respond within 7 days, or who isn't eligible, forfeits the prize, and we draw an alternate. Colorado 1st may announce each winner's first name and town (for example, on our Facebook page). Nothing else is published.

9. Your information

Scanning a QR code on the card is anonymous: we count scans, never who scanned. Entering the drawing is optional, and it's the only time we ask for personal details: your name, a phone number or email, and your ZIP code. We use them only to run this drawing and contact winners. They're kept separate from the scan counts, never given to the advertisers, never sold, and deleted within 90 days after the drawing.

10. The fine print

Colorado 1st isn't responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for phone, network or technical problems. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, and we may change or cancel the drawing if something beyond our control affects it. Colorado law applies. For the winners' first names and towns, email us by March 31, 2027.
